What began as a two-person startup in a Charlotte garage has grown into a trusted, values-based brand across four states, with 12 branch locations and thousands of loyal customers. As we reflect on the journey, we remain grounded in the same mission that started it all: to serve, to protect, and to deliver on every promise we make.

Our Story

Founded in 2016 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Aruza began as a garage-startup with two friends who believed that pest control should be reliable, respectful, and transparent. Over the years, Aruza has grown into a multi-state operation with 12 branches — including Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro (NC), Smithfield, NC; Greenville, Columbia, Charleston (SC); Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville (FL); Dallas & Houston (TX) — serving homeowners and businesses with local expertise and genuine care.

Through rapid expansion and strategic growth, Aruza has maintained a singular focus: protecting homes and families from pests while putting people first.
